Jamie B. Hudzik
Jamie Hudzik assists 501(c)(3)² in its work with nonprofit executives and boards of directors to optimize their institutions’ performance. She also helps the group’s for-profit clients to measure and maximize their charitable investments. With a strong background in research and writing, she utilizes her skills to provide client support, particularly in capital campaigns, fundraising, branding initiatives, and organizational narratives.
In addition to her undergraduate work in English and Psychology at Elizabethtown College, Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics with a concentration in Language and Communication from Georgetown University. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Linguistics at the University of Pittsburgh and tutors writing at the university’s Academic Support Service for Student Athletes center.
Prior to joining 501(c)(3)², Jamie worked as a volleyball coach and recruiting coordinator at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, P.A. She also coached with several junior volleyball clubs, including Metro American Volleyball Club in Washington, D.C. and Renaissance Volleyball Club of Pittsburgh. She currently coaches at Pittsburgh Elite Volleyball Club.
Jamie was a long-time volunteer with Friends of Forbes Hospice and now serves as the Pittsburgh chapter co-president of the Elizabethtown College Alumni Association. She also serves on the boards of the Georgetown Alumni Club of Pittsburgh and the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Legacy Scholarship Fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation.
A native Pittsburgher, Jamie and her husband Pete reside in the South Hills with their daughter Sadie and cuddly dog Cody.
